It’s Jeff Bridges (yes, The Dude) in the original Tron. His character names were Kevin Flynn and Clu, his avatar inside ENCOM.
The movie release year was 1982, but since it was in production in 1981 that’s close enough without going over. (The Price is Right rules!)
