I just got my first #BeMyEyes call!
It was from a woman in Washington state who is completely blind and needed help fixing the text-to-speech settings on her phone. Fortunately she had a second phone so she could show me the screen on the one that needed the speech settings reset. It took a few minutes, but we got it done.
